Most of our popular items and sizes are processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary for custom or less common items.

We use trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx to deliver your order safely and promptly. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Please Measure Surfaces Accurately
To ensure the best fit and satisfaction, please measure surfaces carefully before ordering. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect measurements or sizing errors.

 

International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns and Exchanges
We are dedicated to providing high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the damage. We will arrange a replacement for the damaged item.
